Welcome Back! At Dolce Salon, one of our main goals is to support our community. To help us in doing this, we welcome you to bring a non-perishable food donation to our salon. We are proud to be able to help others, especially in times like these, and would greatly appreciate your support and cooperation. All food donations will go to the Calgary Food Bank to give back to those who need it most.

Our current hours of operation are Monday through Saturday 10:00 am - 8:00 pm, and Sundays 11:00 am - 6:00 pm.



The steps we are asking you, as our guests, to take are listed below. Please take the time to read them carefully so you can understand our expectations, and therefore successfully attend your appointment. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us and we will be more than happy to answer questions.

1. Please ensure you screen yourself before coming to your appointment. If you have any of the below symptoms, we will be happy to reschedule your appointment.

  • COVID-19 symptoms:
    • fever (greater than 38.0 C)
    • new or worsening cough
    • shortness of breath/difficulty breathing
    • feeling feverish
    • chills
    • fatigue or weakness
    • muscle or body aches
    • new loss of smell or taste
    • headache
    • gastrointestinal symptoms (abdominal pain, diarrhea, vomiting)
    • feeling very unwell

* Please note our staff members will also complete this questionnaire before each shift. 

2. No visitors are allowed with you during your appointment to comply with the capacity requirements of our salon. If a child (12 & under) is coming in for an appointment, one parent/guardian may accompany them.

3. We ask that everyone use the provided hand sanitizer upon entering the salon. After using the washroom, thorough hand washing is necessary. Hand sanitizer is also available throughout our salon.

4. All our staff will be required to wear appropriate PPE to ensure everyone's safety. All guests will be required to wear a mask (if you prefer to wear your own, please ensure it loops around your ears). A clean cape will be provided (as per usual), but our changing room will be closed. Dressing down for the occasion is emphasized. Please avoid collared shirts; a T-shirt works best.

5. Magazines, coffee, and tea will not be available. Water in disposable cups will be served upon request.

6. If you wish to purchase any products, please ask your stylist for assistance. This will limit the amount of people touching products and keep our salon safe. No returns or exchanges will be accepted at this time.

Great care and attention have always been our priority, and, currently, it is our mission to keep our standards high. We hope you will support us in keeping our salon safe and operational.
